At Get A Pro Appliance Repair, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, which is why we offer flexible cancellation policies. However, we kindly request that you give us enough notice in case of any changes. If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring any cancellation fees.
For same-day emergency bookings, we allow cancellations up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. However, if our technician has already arrived at your location, or you cancel while they are on their way, you will be liable to pay the service call fee of $85+tax.
If you need to cancel an appointment outside of our working hours, you can email us at info@getaprocanada.ca. Please include your name, phone number, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation in the email. We will confirm your cancellation by phone or email as soon as possible during our business hours.
